The exhibition presents a selection of works that have been purchased by the National Gallery of Iceland in the past four years, on the recommendation of the gallery’s acquisitions board, including artworks by Anna Guðjónsdóttir, Borghildur Óskarsdóttir, Carl Boutard, Guðmundur Thoroddsen, Guðrún Einarsdóttir, Gústav Geir Bollason, Jóna Hlíf Halldórsdóttir, Karin Sander, Katrín Sigurðardóttir, Kristín Morthens, Kristján Steingrímur Jónsson, Pétur Magnússon.
