Sweden will hold the Presidency of the Council of the EU during the first half of 2023 and will display art by swedish artist in the council buildnings. The project is a collaboration between the Swedish Institute and the State Council of the Arts. Carl Boutard's artwork will be included in the presentation. Read more here.
