Katja Larsson

Katja Larsson (b. 1987) is a Swedish artist based in London. She graduated from The Slade School of Fine Art (MFA) in 2015 and received her BA in fine art photography from Glasgow School of Art with 1st class honours in 2013. The same year she was shortlisted for the Saatchi Gallery’s New Sensations Award and participated in the group show at Victoria House, Bloomsbury. Over the past couple of years, Katja Larsson has exhibited in several shows including National Sculpture Prize in Broomhill Sculpture Garden, North Devon, OK Corral in Copenhagen, Chelsea Arts Club and UCL Art Museum in London, as well as at Borås Konstmuseum and Malmö Art Museum. Recent presentations include The Armory Show 2020 with Aicon Contemporary and Armory Off-Site 2021, both in New York City. Larsson is represented in the collections of Public Art Agency, Stockholm County Council, Knivsta and Örebro Municipality, Stockholm School of Economics, AxFast AB, European Investment Bank, and in the Ståhl Collection.
